| ¤ We all are here for a great fun and to give priority to the team spirit than the individualist behaviour. Don’t be childish but cool and respect everybody in the team.
¤ The most important thing is to interact as often as possible, especially French players, for raising up the foreigners adaptability in France. -> Don’t forget to give an interview to the foreigners too ! It’s absolutely useful to have 100% relationship with everybody.
¤ It would be good you are active on the team forum (of course) but also in some others (in rapport of your community) for talking about our team.

| From Roland Claeys - Quote :
It's also good NOT to drop below 70% on fitness, because of the large training penalty you get from dropping under 70%!
My advice to everyone is to train until a minimum of 70% and the next day to train a full day fitness. The raise in fitness for a whole day training is 30%, split in 8% for the first training, 10% for the 2nd fitness training in a row a day and 12% for the 3th fitness training in a row a day!
