¤ We all are here for a great fun and to give priority to the team spirit than the individualist behaviour. Don’t be childish but cool and respect everybody in the team.

¤ The most important thing is to interact as often as possible, especially French players, for raising up the foreigners adaptability in France.
-> Don’t forget to give an interview to the foreigners too !
It’s absolutely useful to have 100% relationship with everybody.

¤ It would be good you are active on the team forum (of course) but also in some others (in rapport of your community) for talking about our team.

From Roland Claeys
Quote :

It's also good NOT to drop below 70% on fitness, because of the large training penalty you get from dropping under 70%!

My advice to everyone is to train until a minimum of 70% and the next day to train a full day fitness.
The raise in fitness for a whole day training is 30%,
split in 8% for the first training, 10% for the 2nd fitness training in a row a day and 12% for the 3th fitness training in a row a day!

HAVING FUN TRAINING
Benjamin Anelka wrote:

Stay at home : 4% fitness, 4% morale
Others : 2% fitness, 2% morale
Going out with teammates : 2% fitness,
2% morale, raising relationships with teammates who set having fun at the same training spot
(only if they chose "Going out with teammates", too)
